Information you provide
When you use the assessment, you may provide a first name, job title, salary, location, duties text, and an email address. That information is used to generate a preview, create a purchased report, and deliver the PDF to you.
Payments
Nymbl does not store your full card details. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe, and those providers handle sensitive payment credentials within their own systems.
How data is used
Assessment inputs are used to match an occupation, generate a report, deliver the file, and troubleshoot support requests. Nymbl may also use aggregated, non-personal patterns to improve prompts, delivery workflows, and report quality.
Retention and access
Secure download links are time-limited. Report records may be retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and support purposes. If you need help locating a prior report, contact support from the email address used at checkout.
